We at Cocova take care and great pride in being able to provide the best chocolate in the world. If you have purchased a product that you are not completely satisfied with, we will exchange it for another product. If you are unable to find a suitable product from our vast selection of over 700 chocolate products from around the world, we will gladly refund your purchase.

One thing to keep in mind when trying a new chocolate is that it may take several tasting attempts over the course of a week or two to identify and appreciate the unique flavor profiles of some of the bean varieties. Don't give up on your chocolate. Let it grow on you.
