Cocova, formerly Biagio Fine Chocolate, is The Showcase of World Class Chocolate from the absolute finest Chocolate Makers and Chocolatiers.

Monday - Saturday 12 noon to 8pm; Sunday 12 noon to 5pm

Our mission is to seek out bean-to-bar Chocolate Makers and Chocolatiers who use bean-to-bar chocolate to produce their confections.

We possess an intense passion driving us to continuously explore and research distinguished chocolate, their makers, and the history behind them. Our customers depend on our research to help them make perfect selections for all their needs.

Our customers are curious of and inspired by the exotic history of cacao and chocolate, which instills desires to try varieties they have previously unexplored.

We favor and support fair trade and certified organic farms through the purchase of products made from their cacao used by Chocolate Makers and Chocolatiers .

Our Studio B Tasting Room and Gallery is distinguished by providing an eclectic environment in a Gallery setting for prominent artists to showcase their artwork simultaneously with prominent Chocolate Makers and Chocolatiers from around the world who give on-site and virtual presentations and educational seminars on the production of Cacao, and the manufacturing of Cocoa into chocolate, chocolate products, and confections.

In today’s challenging global economy and international political struggles, we hope to be a haven for those striving to make a difference in the world of cacao through the simple offering of fine chocolate.
